Our story
Built for people with real jobs.
We started PTO Escape because most travel media still assumes an amount of time modern professionals rarely have. The two-week itinerary. The month-long sabbatical. The gap year. They read like a different life.
The truth is quieter and more useful: with a Thursday evening flight and a Monday morning back at your desk, most of Europe, half of Asia, and a lot of the Americas are within reach — repeatedly, sustainably, without torching your career.
Every story here is reported and edited before it runs. Firsthand pieces come from trips we actually took; destination guides are built on verified, current travel information. If you see something on this site, it's because someone we trust said yes.
